Diamond Grinding
Every project begins with professional surface preparation. We mechanically grind your concrete with industrial diamond tooling to remove contaminants, open the pores, and create the perfect surface profile for maximum coating adhesion. This is the most critical step — and the one most competitors skip or shortcut.
Crack & Chip Repair
After grinding, we meticulously inspect the entire slab. Every crack, spall, divot, and chip is filled and leveled with professional-grade repair compounds. This creates a smooth, uniform foundation so your finished floor looks flawless — no bumps, no ridges, no visible imperfections.
Pigmented Base Coat + Moisture Barrier
We apply a premium pigmented base coat that chemically bonds to the prepared concrete. This layer serves double duty: it provides the color foundation for your floor and acts as a moisture vapor barrier, blocking moisture transmission from the ground up. We include this on every project — standard, never an upsell.
Decorative Application
This is where your floor comes to life. Depending on the system you choose, we broadcast vinyl flake chips for a textured, multi-toned look; pour metallic pigments for a flowing, one-of-a-kind design; or apply a clean solid color coat. Alex works with you to select the perfect style and color palette for your space.
Clear Protective Topcoat
The final layer is a UV-stable polyaspartic clear topcoat that seals everything together. This high-performance finish resists yellowing, hot-tire pickup, chemical spills, and abrasion — keeping your floor looking showroom-new for years. It also cures fast, so you can walk on your new floor within hours.
