All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Estimates provided are non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information provided at the time of the consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope of work. Any changes to the agreed scope will be discussed and approved by the customer before additional work begins.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeframes. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.

5. Warranty

JC Epoxy Coatings stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms and coverage details are provided with each project and may vary by service type. Please refer to your service agreement for specific warranty information.
