Solid Color Garage Floor in Northwood Village, West Palm Beach

A homeowner in the Northwood Village area of West Palm Beach had an older garage slab with decades of oil stains, surface scaling, and minor settlement cracks. Rather than tear out and repour, they opted for a professional epoxy coating that would restore the floor to better-than-new condition at a fraction of the cost.

Our crew spent the first day on prep: diamond grinding the entire three-car garage to a uniform CSP-3 profile, routing and filling cracks with semi-rigid epoxy, and treating oil-contaminated areas with a degreasing primer. The following day, we rolled two coats of dove-gray solid-color epoxy and sealed everything with a satin polyaspartic topcoat.

The transformation was dramatic. What had been an eyesore is now a clean, bright space that the homeowner takes pride in.
